This document outlines five (5) Strategic Initiatives that will be at the forefront of Maryhaven’s corporate attention over the next two years. We are confident that if Maryhaven commits its resources to these initiatives, the company will position itself to serve more persons and to serve them more effectively. They present important opportunities to contribute to the present and long-term vitality of the company.
The structure of this plan varies from Maryhaven’s prior strategic plans by emphasizing a limited number of initiatives. While we consider these five to be most compelling, they are not an exhaustive list of projects and activities that Maryhaven will conduct in the two years. Their omission from this plan is not to say that other projects and activities are unimportant or unnecessary for the company’s success.
Status reports on the Strategic Initiatives will be on the monthly agenda of the Quality Improvement and Risk Management Committee and through minutes of these meetings will the Program Committee of the Board of Directors be informed.
